Another Law question. If in Romans Paul says do we make void the law God forbid we establish .....?

How can Hebrews be talking about the old covenant, which in fact is really called the (first) covenant not even old. Heb 9:15. .....under the FIRST TESTAMENT, .....Hebrew 9:13 In that he saith, A new he hath made the first old, now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready ot vanish.....THATS TALKING ABOUT THE TABERNACLE NOT THE (OLD) OR FIRST TESTAMENT. See the law is still not void. Hebrews is doing away with the tabernacle not the (old) of 1st testament. See you cant get rid of covenants but you can add to them. Your thoughts.
