The best thing you can do is give her time, I wouldn't try to chase her or pick her up. It would be best to just kind of ignore her and let her come to you. If you see that she's coming over don't pay to much attention and let her walk over to you, i would also give her a treat if she comes up to you to make her see it in a positive way. Some cats, especially timid ones or a cat who came from a bad environment, need a while to adjust.
