So since girls have their period... Do guys...?

Have any time of the month when they get all emotional, painfull and drammatic or anything like that? I mean women have menopause, guys have andrapause, so maybe women have period and guys have manriod?! Lol! Cause sometimes my husband and other men I have known get real emotional!?
