Who is barbara(from heroes)?

well in this link( http://heroeswiki.com/Theory:Barbara ) it says that she has mental abilities and she works for pinehearst. it was also stated that she could also be the one in angela's dream. but if these ideas are all true i thought of a theory myself... ummmmm we all know that linderman knows niki sanders' and DL hawkins' life but i dont remember them saying why... so its possibile that if Barbara did work for pinehearst she could have been told by arthur petrelli to go work for linderman and make an illusion of jessica to be in Niki's life... which maybe would explain why niki's adoptive dad killed jessica. and since the job might not be done... barbara could have made that illusion o jessica in Niki's head too and she was always changing into Jessica. till they finally had peace... but niki died tracey suddenly appears in season 3 villians.... right now, my theory isnt true hehe but if anyone has one too what do u think??
