How to get rid of eczema?

i have a chronic eczema,every time i have to scratch to stop it from being itchy.it was a crazy itchy and when i scratch it will bleed at the itchy site and after that i will experience a painfull sensation.anyone who have any idea to get this problem solve???for the information i have see the doctor but the medicine that the doctor gave to me seems to be not effective...so,anyone please help me to get rid from this "itchyness disease" =( .....really need help???
