No. No. Just no. First of all, why is there a need for the apostrophe in her name? And no offense, but that names sounds ghetto to me. I like what the first poster suggested, which was Anastasia. It's cly but it's also different enough that no one else will have her name. If you are really in love with the name you posted, at least make it easier on the child and leave out the apostrophe. I really cannot think of a good or logical reason to have a pause in the middle of someone's name. You probably won't say it like that every time you talk to them anyway.
