I decided to start to try skateboarding. I watched some videos about ollies and i decided to try to do one. I practiced for 1-2hr and then i went to bed. When i got up in the morining all of my joints that i used to skateboard were stiff and when i moved them painful. My lower spine was the most stiff and painful. Is there anything I can do to make the stiffness and pain go away?
