So is this a really bad thing to do? HELP!?

So I have been really sick the past couple days and I went to the doctor yesterday. It turns out that I have SWINE FLU. I feel like death. However, tomorrow is supposed to be my first day of work! I think that I'll get fired if I call in sick on my very first day. WHAT SHOULD I DO!?
