Concentrating and focusing on what makes you happy can really boost up your self esteem, and heal you from maybe a broken heart or temporary insanity anything really. It just takes starting with a simple tiny act from you to start a path of happiness. May sound pathetic but now i know for sure the advice people give me on yahoo answers is rite. When you start feeling sad again thats when you know you have taken yourself off that path, and that could take only seconds but knowing you can get back on a happy path at anytime is ******g great to know and confirm today. I've been worrying and dealing with alot, and today on here i asked this fun question about m&m's & skittles, and it was really nice to not be worrying about when love is going to come my way, and dealing with family issues and lost friends. For the first time i felt like i could invest in myself and stick to it because it felt and still feels so damn good. I love skittles! Thanks for reading, if you get it.
