What is the correct grammatical way of writing the term: Dos & Donts?

Numbers take an apostrophe when pluralized (a few 40's of vodka), as do letters (mind your p's and q's). Depending on which style guide you follow, abbreviations with punctuation can take an apostrophe (Ph.D's), as can abbreviations that end in "S" (SOS's). Nothing else does.
