Do I have allergies or something else?

Around the middle of April, I became congested in my ears and nose. My ears feel clogged up, and they have a ringing in them, but no pain or any real discomfort. From time to time they'll pop and get unclogged for a time then return to being clogged. My nose feels stuffy but I can breathe through both of my nostrils. When I sneeze, I sneeze in volume, and after my nose stays stopped up for a little while. I haven't had any fever or and pain or feeling sick at all. I have a little bit of mucus that comes up in spit when I try to clear my nose but it's just clear. My thorat has no redness or soreness either. Is this just allergies or could it be something bacterial since it has lasted for so long. My mom had something wrong with her earlier in the year that lasted for a while and then she got zythromax from the doctor and it went away. Could I have the same bacteria as her?
