Im confused about my ebay dispute?

If the dispute is a paypal dispute you need to go to the reslution centre click on the tab when you log into your account, any messages should be there. If there isnt and the situation still isnt resolved you can escalate a dispute to a claim, and then paypal will decide who is right or wrong.
