7 grade science question , help???????????bestttttttttttt… answer?

Mechanical energy is the energy used with something to preform, such as a fan spinning. A conductor allows energy to flow through it freely, an insulator does not. An example of a conductor is anything metal, or aluminum. An example of an insulator is wood. Convection is when water vapor rises. Specific heat is the amount of heat per unit m required to raise the temperature by one degree Celsius. Thermal expansion is when something expands because of heat.
