Fantasy Football: Is this a fair trade?

Tis trade is pretty fair because marshall is on the decline because of his dispute but brady is coming back with a vengence. and now teams will probably gameplan all week against fitzgerald and a. gOnzalez will probably be a 2nd string wr and kevin smith is probabgly the best player on the lions besides the almighty calvin johnson so this trade is prettry even. but i would also like to see what u have for a back up QB plz.
