Is there a way to set up a internet ready, not wifi, BD player to internet?

I have an Insignia internet ready blu ray player which requires an ethernet connection to a modem or wireless router to work. I use hot spot wireless which means I don't have a spot to connect the ethernet cable to. Is there a way to connect it with the USB port or something else, or will I have to get a wifi blu ray player? Thanks!
