Masturbation problem?

I m 24 years old,male.I have the masturbation problem,every month i do this atleast 4-6 times, i do this when i want to but in my country Bangladesh,the without marriage is socially restricted.So, masturbation is the only way for me to cooldown myself when i ually excited.But after every masturbation i m feeling guilty which lowered my mind situation and i don't any work with full concentration after this.Now i really leave this job.I feeling this, it will be very difficult for me.What can i do to leave masturbation easily?
