Want to know where to find appointment book?

I am a home school mother and I would like to know where I can find a free down loadable appointment book. Life is so hectic and I find myself forgetting dr./dentist appointments. I do not want a printable version, just something on my pc to be a reminder. Please can anyone help me ?
